IPD released a new water pump for the Cummins X15/ISX15 engine. The pump, item 5406048, comes with a seal kit that includes a gasket and o-ring.
The company also released new cylinder liner shims for the Detroit 60 series and Cummins ISX series. Cylinder liner shims create the proper spacing for the correct seal on your cylinder liner. If the shim is the wrong size, insufficiently made or improperly installed, IPD says, it could cause the head gasket to fail. Gear Pump Nsh-10u-3 L Left
Water Pump 240-1307015-01 New rocker assembly repair kits are also available for C15 and C18 series engines. It comes as a packaged roller and pin set or you can purchase bushings. The alloy steel pin case is hardened and coated with diamond-like carbon on the wear surface to protect against abrasive wear and scuffing. The roller is high carbon steel with a precision tapered crown with an ultra-fine surface. Bushings are bi-metal with steel backing and copper-lead-tin alloy for optimized load acceptance and foreign particle embeddability.
